James Sobieraj

James R Sobieraj is a senior partner with Brinks Gilson & Lione, one of the largest law firms in the United States that specialises in intellectual property.  He has over 25 years of experience of representing prominent companies and individuals in the procurement, licensing and enforcement of IP rights.

Sobieraj has served as president of the Licensing Executives Society (USA and Canada) and of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago. He currently serves on the board of directors for the National Inventors Hall of Fame and the Licensing Executives Society International.
