Heading up Kirkland & Ellis’ Copyright, Trademark, Internet and Advertising Practice Group, Cendali has represented Twentieth Century Fox and Victoria’s Secret in disputes that went up to the Supreme Court, and acted for JK Rowling in a much-watched spat with RDR Publishing, as well as Associated Press a dispute over the famous ‘Obama Hope’ poster. Walt Disney, Facebook, Honeywell and GlaxoSmithKline are also on her star-studded client list. She also teaches trademark and copyright litigation as an adjunct professor at Harvard University.
