A co-founder and senior member of German IP firm Bardehle Pagenberg, Jochen Pagenberg is also an adviser to the German Federal Ministry of Justice. He has been a tireless campaigner for a unitary European patent system and is former president of the European Patent Lawyers Association – an organistion for whom he still acts as advisor – as well as chairing the AIPPI’s special committee on European patent litigation.

Pagenberg’s practice covers all areas of intellectual property law. He has authored more than 80 articles and books.
